Mix together 4tbsp soy sauce, 4tbsp clear honey, 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 crushed clove of garlic and 1tsp finely grated ginger. Set aside a third for a dressing.

Place 4 boneless trout in a dish. Pour over the remaining marinade. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the grill to high. Place a large sheet of foil on a baking tray. Place the trout and marinade on the foil, turning up the edges to keep in the marinade. Grill the trout for 5-8 mins depending on the thickness of the fish.

While the trout is cooking, steam or blanch 350g green beans until tender.

Serve the trout with the beans and lemon or lime wedges. Drizzle over a little of the reserved dressing and scatter with sesame seeds.
