The Top Sante Magazine Beauty Awards 2027 (“the Awards”) are promoted by Kelsey Media Ltd, whose registered office is The Granary, Downs Court, Yalding Hill, Yalding, Kent, ME18 6AL (“Kelsey Media”).

Eligibility

1.1 Entry is open to brands and manufacturers of beauty, hair and makeup products available to consumers in the United Kingdom.
1.2 Products should be specifically targeted at women aged 40 years and over.
1.3 Kelsey Media reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet the Awards’ eligibility criteria or is deemed unsuitable at its sole discretion.

Entry Process

2.1 Entry to the Awards is £10 per product.
2.2 Late entries will not be accepted.
2.3 Each product entered must be submitted individually via the official Awards entry process.
2.4 Brands may enter multiple products, including more than one product per category.

Product Samples

3.1 Upon entry, entrants must provide three (3) product samples per entry, free of charge.
3.2 Samples must be sent to the address stated.
3.3 Samples must be received by the stated deadline. Failure to supply samples may result in disqualification.
3.4 All samples are non-returnable and may be used for judging, photography, editorial content, reader testing or promotional purposes.

Images & Supporting Materials

4.1 As part of the entry process, entrants must upload a high-resolution cut-out image of each product.
4.2 Images must:

Be supplied on a white or transparent background
Show the product only (no outer packaging)
Be a minimum of 1MB in file size
Judging Process

5.1 Products will be evaluated by a panel comprising industry experts and TS magazine readers.
5.2 Judging is based on criteria including performance, innovation, suitability for the target audience and overall quality.
5.3 All judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Categories

6.1 Kelsey Media reserves the right to:

Amend category names or descriptions
Move products into alternative categories
Create sub-categories where appropriate

6.2 Such decisions will be made to ensure fairness and relevance across the Awards.

7.1 Entrants warrant that all information supplied is true, accurate and not misleading.
7.2 Kelsey Media accepts no responsibility for incorrect information supplied by entrants.

Intellectual Property & Publicity

8.1 By entering the Awards, entrants grant Kelsey Media to use product names, descriptions, logos and images for editorial, promotional and Awards-related purposes across print, digital and social media platforms.
8.2 This includes, but is not limited to, coverage in Top Sante magazine and associated promotional materials.

Awards Logos & Endorsements

9.1 Use of Awards logos, winner badges or endorsements is subject to a separate licensing agreement.

Data Protection

10.1 By entering, entrants consent to their name, company name and email address being stored and processed by Kelsey Media Ltd for the purposes of:

Administering the Awards
Communicating shortlist and winner information
Notifying entrants about future Platinum Magazine Awards

10.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Kelsey Media’s Privacy Policy.

Liability

11.1 Kelsey Media accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries or samples.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelsey Media shall not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from participation in the Awards.

General

13.1 Kelsey Media reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the Awards if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
13.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
